ABS (Plastic) frames with a tough plastic coated wire mesh screen. Allows you to drill holes in your stock side panels (underneath screen area) to reduce under hood temps thus improving overall performance.
 
Easy install. Kit includes: Left and Right side vents (3 vents per side). Mounting templates, & black aluminum pop rivets. As shown in picture
